Psychological Counselling Cell
About the Cell:
The Counselling Cell's objective is to encourages the students to understand themselves and the issues that trouble them and guides them to resolve their problems. These problems can be personal, emotional, social, family, peer, academic, sexual, etc.
Objectives of the Cell:

Provide Emotional Support:
Offer a safe and confidential space for individuals to express their feelings, concerns and struggles without judgement.

Promote Mental Health Awareness:
Increase awareness about mental health issues, reducing stigma and encouraging individuals to seek help when needed.

Help Individuals Cope with Stress and Anxiety:
Assist individuals in managing stress, anxiety, depression and other emotional challenges through counselling, therapy and coping strategies.

Increase Self-Esteem and Confidence:
Supporting individuals in building a positive self-image and boosting their self-confidence.

Promote Holistic Development:
Addressing the emotional, mental, and social well-being of individuals to foster overall growth and development.

Promote Healthy Relationships:
Help individuals develop better interpersonal skills, communications and conflict resolution strategies to improve relationships with family, peers and colleagues.

Workshops and Seminars:
To offer educational programs on various mental health topics, such as stress management, anxiety, and depression.
