Research

Research & Development Cell

The Research and Development Cell in the college was formed in consultation with the IQAC in the very first academic session 2016-2017 when the college started its journey.

Objectives of the Cell:
  • The Research and Development Cell was created to provide environment wherein creation and dissemination of knowledge, innovation and technology development for societal and industrial needs would be achieved by researchers through knowledge and skills, good governance and extensive financial support.
  • The Research and development cell was developed to inspire the faculty members and learners to keep themselves engaged continuously under different research activities.
  • This cell is expected to play a pivotal role in promoting multidisciplinary research culture mandated in NEP 2020.
  • The cell is taking major initiatives to develop an all-round environment for continuous research and research linkages with other institutions of higher learning.
  • The committee is also on a mission to provide financial assistance to teachers for presenting research papers in conferences within India and abroad.
  • Already a language centre has been developed in the college in consultation with the IQAC in..........to promote different research activities under the languagedepartments viz. Arabic, Urdu, Persian, English and Bengali.

Activities of the Cell:
  • To sensitize the importance of research.
  • To encourage faculty/department to organize seminars and conferences with other institutions.
  • To encourage the faculty to participate actively in national and international seminars, conferences and workshops.
  • To celebrate publications, awards and distinctions in the field of research of the peers.
